This project examines the changing identity of the city of Arnhem through photographs of its residents and urban spaces. Erik van Cuyk’s images capture daily life in the city, focusing on individual moments within the broader context of social and urban transformation.

The accompanying texts by Remco Kock offer insights into the personal stories of the people featured in the photographs, highlighting the societal shifts affecting the city and its inhabitants.
