Shortly after photographer Erik van Cuyk released his exam project in a book titled "Rijnwijk Mijn Wijk," the unique document was embraced by international festivals and magazines (Photofestival Arles, Photoville New York, International Photofestival Leiden, e.g.). The book, which captures a vanishing Dutch neighborhood, was published in limited edition. Meanwhile, the neighborhood disappeared, but the book, along with its stories and images, remains. In addition to its photographic value, it holds historical significance.
